Survey Shows Society Still Believes in the Nuclear Family

According to a recent report by the Pew Research Center, many respondents indicated that most people agree that kids are better off when being raised by both parents. The survey indicated that 7 out of 10 respondents said that single women raising a child without the benefit of a male partner was a problem because they were concerned that working women abandoned by their husbands cannot devote as much time to the children as the children need.
