Bill would ban parents from having sex at home while getting divorce

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A new bill in Massachusettes would ban parents from engaging in sexual relationships within the home until their divorces are final.
The bill is meant to prevent domestic violence and shield children while the divorce is underway.
The bill would prevent divorcing parents from conducting a dating or sexual relationship within the home until the divorce is final.
Attorneys at The Harris Law Firm said that the passing of such a bill in the State of Colorado would be unlikely in that it is designed to take rights away from parents.
