Charlie Sheen to Divorce Again
US actor Charlie Sheen filed for divorce from Brooke Mueller, his wife of two years, just days after being taken to hospital following a reported drunken incident at the Plaza Hotel in New York.
The star of sitcom "Two and a Half Men" filed for the dissolution of marriage at the Los Angeles Superior Court to divorce Brooke Mueller, whom he wed in May 2008 but split from on Christmas Day 2009 when arrested in Aspen, Colorado for allegedly assaulting her.
Sheen, 45, and Mueller, 33, have twin sons Bob and Max, born in March 2009. The couple have a pre-nuptial agreement, according to court papers that gives Mueller $750,000 as a one-time payment, and $55,000 per month in child support. She would get primary custody of the children, with Sheen having visiting rights, it reported.
