Is Kelsey Grammer getting remarried before his divorce is final?

Can you get remarried before obtaining your divorce decree? Kelsey Grammer, who is about to marry  his new fiance' on February 25th in the Grand Ballroom of the Plaza Hotel is about to find out!

According the lawyers at The Harris Law Firm, a subsequent marriage will be rendered invalid if one of the parties is still legally married.

But Grammer, who says that he "will not postpone his happiness" has already sent out invitations to 150 of his closest friends to the upcoming wedding ceremony even though he has not yet obtained a dissoluton of marriage from current wife Camille Grammer.

To make their marriage official, it is likely that Kelsey and Katye will legalize their union at the county court house when his divorce from Camille Grammer has been finalized.
