Is there a bright side to divorce?

For those going through it, divorce has a bright side. Regardless of cause or outcome, divorce provides an opportunity and incentive to re-invent one’s self as a person and a parent, to re-examine and adjust priorities and value systems, to construct a healthy living environment in which true fulfillment can occur. Not surprisingly, those individuals who are able recognize and take advantage of this opportunity are the most likely to thrive following the dissolution of a marriage; and are the “best” clients to work with from a practitioner’s point of view.
