When 29-year-old single Idaho mom Holly Lahti became the $190 million winner in the $380 Mega Millions lottery, she did not accept her winnings in person. Instead, she simply resigned from her bank teller position, and moved to a warmer climate with her two children.

Still married to her estranged husband, Joshua Lahti, from whom she had been separated for eight years,  it appears that Holly Lahti will be required to divide her newly acquired wealth. Married in 2001, they were both charged after an instance of domestic violence in 2003.  Since then, Joshua has been arrested over a dozen times on charges that include domestic battery, drug possession, kidnapping and false imprisonment.

Now, under Idaho community property law, and after taxes, the amount she will share with her husband is $90 million.
