Nevada Governor and First Lady Prepare for Trial

Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons would have liked to spend the rest of 2009 planning his re-election campaign, and dealing with the state's enormous budget deficit.

Instead, he and Nevada's first lady, Dawn Gibbons, will be dealing with their pending divorce and preparing for trial in a Reno courtroom.  Jim recently evicted his wife of 23 years from the governor's mansion.

The media will likely have a field day with the upcoming hearing when Mrs. Gibbons and her attorney resurrect some of the scandals that have followed Gibbons, including his alleged affairs with a Playboy model and a doctor's wife.
