Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn File for Divorce...AGAIN

Actress Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years. Mrs. Penn filed for divorce from actor Sean Penn in Marin County on August 12, 2009. The couple married in 1996 and has previously filed for divorce on two separate occassions, only to dismiss their petition a short time later. The couple has agreed to share parenting time with their 16 year old son, Hopper Jack Penn.
