With many couples most valuable asset being the marital home, warring spouses may consider staying together until the housing market recovers. But as glimmers of an economic recovery begin to flicker, it appears that those who forced themselves to endure difficult marriages are seeking divorces at a rate more consistent with statistics established in recent decades.
