Tiffany Pelham Webb

Child and Family Advocacy Coordinating Attorney

Tiffany Pelham Webb is a Child and Family Advocacy Coordinating Attorney at The Harris Law Firm who leverages her experience as a former child and family therapist to provide caring and compassionate representation to families in our Denver office. As our firm’s Child and Family Advocacy Coordinating Attorney, Tiffany is closely involved in supporting clients and counsel in a range of family law matters involving children.

A passionate advocate who has dedicated her entire career to protecting children, Tiffany earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development from Cornell University and her master’s degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

After earning her master’s, she worked as a child and family therapist in Philadelphia, where she counseled many families with open legal matters. It was through her work as a therapist that she cultivated an interest in law. She subsequently enrolled in law school solely to become a child advocate and has stayed true to that path ever since – from focusing on child advocacy while studying at Temple University Beasley School of Law, to clerking for a Superior Court Family Law judge in New Jersey, to working as a Law Guardian for eight years in New Jersey, and as a Guardian ad Litem and Counsel for Youth for five years in Colorado.

In her practice, Tiffany is driven by a strong desire to strengthen and preserve families whenever possible and, when family preservation is not a viable option, to leverage her extensive insight to advocate for relative placement, sibling rights, and arrangements that provide the best services and care with the hope that reunification can eventually be effectuated in the future. She engages every case with empathy, openness, and hope, and is known for her patient and pragmatic approach.

At The Harris Law Firm, Tiffany’s love of legal strategy and her ability to assess what are often complex and emotionally turbulent cases allow her to untangle facts and identify effective strategies. Her background as a child and family therapist and years of targeted experience also makes her an incredibly powerful advocate for children and the parents and families who love them.

Tiffany grew up in Connecticut and has lived in Colorado for the last seven years. She has been active in volunteer legislative advocacy efforts on behalf of youth and refugees and is an active volunteer at her children’s elementary school. Outside of the courtroom, she enjoys adventuring around Colorado with her husband and two children, cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
