Heidi Noll is an attorney with The Harris Law Firm in Colorado. Heidi is known for her creative problem-solving skills as well as her determination and courtroom litigation skills. Heidi’s practice is primarily focused on divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, premarital agreements, and protection order matters.
Heidi Noll brings a unique blend of law enforcement and legal expertise to her family law practice. After serving with the Phoenix Police Department as an officer, detective, and attorney in their Legal Unit, where she advised the Chiefs of Police in legal matters. Heidi also sat on the Department’s Community Use of Force Board as a legal consultant. In this role, she also taught several legal courses, including courses at the Phoenix Regional Police Academy.
Heidi earned her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and started her legal career in Arizona before founding her own firm in Pennsylvania. Heidi is licensed in Colorado, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, volunteering with its Lawyers Teaching for Change initiative, and the Boulder County Bar Association.
A devoted community advocate, Heidi has led founding efforts for initiatives like Purple Paws, providing pet boarding for domestic violence survivors, and supported pro bono causes such as Wills for Heroes. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring the Colorado parks with her son and two dogs.
