Divorce Recovery Group to Help You Move Forward
Karyn Seitz, a registered psychotherapist, is offering a group divorce recovery program designed for anyone who needs help letting go and moving forward after their divorce. The program will begin on September 24th and is limited to six participants.
The program costs $200 per person and will meet for eight weeks every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Tower 1660 off of I-25 and Colorado in Denver, CO.
The key elements and benefits of the program are:
- Fully heal and recover from the pain of your divorce and let go of old, non-supportive behavioral patterns so that you do not recreate these patterns in future romantic relationships.
- Learn how to open your heart again and reengage in life so that you do not close yourself off and hide from relationships because of the fear of having your heart broken again.
- Develop a relationship with yourself to know who you are so that you do not lose yourself in a future relationship.
The information session will be held on September 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is free to participants. You can sign up for the program here.
